Since 2009, starting in Puerto Marina, Jagdeep Singh decided to open his first Indian and Mexican Cuisine restaurant. Today, thanks to the professional concerns of its CEO Jagdeep, the Amigos Group has 9 restaurants of different types of international cuisine offering as its premise their values: quality, efficiency, and impeccable customer service.

OPENING OF RUBY’S RESTAURANT
In 2007, we created the first restaurant called Ruby´s, specialized in Indian and Mexican cuisine. The success of this restaurant led Jagdeep Singh to think about a larger and more ambitious project. It was the seed of what is today the Amigos Group.
OPENING OF THE SECOND RUBY’S RESTAURANT
Just one year after our first hospitality experience on the Costa del Sol, we opened the second Ruby´s restaurant under the same gastronomic concept of combining Indian and Mexican cuisine.
OPENING OF THE FIRST AMIGOS GRILL
In 2009, we inaugurated the first Amigos Grill restaurant, the flagship of our company. With the experience gained in the Ruby’s restaurants and renewing the concept of merging Indian cuisine and authentic Mexican dishes in one menu. At Amigos Grill, we took a leap in quality that today is a hallmark of our brand.
OPENING OF THE SECOND AMIGOS GRILL
We opened the second Amigos Grill restaurant, but this time located in one of the best areas of Málaga, Muelle Uno. The opening of the Port of Málaga to the city was perfect for being present in the capital. Today, Muelle Uno has become one of the best dining areas in the province of Málaga.
OPENING OF SALONIKI RESTAURANT
Following the success of Amigos Grill in Muelle Uno, we decided to open Saloniki, a Greek cuisine restaurant in the same location. Now, Greek food, one of the best in the Mediterranean, has a worthy representative in Málaga capital and specifically in Muelle Uno.
OPENING OF GAUCHO GRILL RESTAURANT
A year after the two restaurant experiences in Muelle Uno and seeing their great acceptance, we opened Gaucho Grill to complete the gastronomic offer in Muelle Uno with a restaurant specializing in top-quality meats. Our intuition did not fail us, and the reception was spectacular.
OPENING OF THE THIRD AMIGOS RESTAURANT
In Spain, there’s a popular saying: ‘there are no two without three’. Indeed, we were clear that Amigos Grill was not going to stop its growth since its success was unprecedented. Therefore, our growth continued in Benalmádena, this time in the area of Nueva Torrequebrada.
OPENING OF AMICI ITALIAN RESTAURANT
As lovers of Mediterranean gastronomy, our tribute to Italian food could not be missing. Thus, in 2014 we inaugurated Amici, an authentic Ristorante Italiano on the Costa del Sol, specifically in Benalmádena (Nueva Torrequebrada) and which has become a benchmark of Italian cuisine.
OPENING OF AMIGOS GRILL IN MÁLAGA CENTER
Our friendship with Málaga capital was strengthened in 2015 with the opening of a new Amigos Grill restaurant. This time we did it in the heart of Málaga, parallel to Calle Larios. Today, Amigos Grill Málaga has become a reference for Indian and Mexican food in the capital.
OPENING OF AMIGOS EXPRESS IN PLAZA MAYOR
Our first experience in a Shopping Center came in 2019 with the inauguration of the new dining area Patio Gourmet of the emblematic commercial park Plaza Mayor. We continue to expand our concept of combining Indian and Mexican food on the menu.
OPENING OF PIL-PIL RESTAURANT
Our special affection for Spanish cuisine could not be missing among our projects. Therefore, in 2022 we ventured with a completely new concept for the Amigos Group: the Gastrobar and Wine Bar Pil-Pil & Tapas Bar, a gastronomic space where we combine an excellent wine cellar with hundreds of wine references by their D.O. and a careful author cuisine whether as complete dishes or tapas.
OPENING OF MONKEY BEACH RESTAURANT
On the seafront promenade of La Carihuela in Torremolinos, at the well-known Plaza del Remo, we opened Monkey Beach. A beachfront gastrobar that transports you to unforgettable culinary experiences alongside cocktails, appetizers, and mixed drinks. A place to connect (or disconnect), savor, and create memorable memories.
